RULES TO SUBMIT DEMOS: (READ PLEASE!)

1) Be a professionist, send at least two versions/tracks demos of your project compressed in a single ZIP or RAR archive. The more the mixes/tracks, the higher the chance to be licensed. We don't consider and don't give feedbacks on single track submissions.

2 ) We prefer hosted demos, or sent by sendspace or similar providers, all tracks possibly compressed in a single ZIP or RAR archive.

3 ) If your track contains third party copyrighted material (of which you don't have a clearance) , please specify it.

4) A link to your myspace or bio is not mandatory, but we will appreciate it.

It may takes several days before we answer you, but we answer you in any case IF you followed the instructions.

Nowadays a new label is born every day, everyone thanks to the digital revolution, can setup one. Why then, should you choose us instead of one of the hundreds others?

1) Because we are professionists that have been working in this business for more than 10 years. Oryx manager was the producer of some top international names (alike Starchaser, 150.000 copies sold with his singles) and has a solid preparation in the business field. Forget those one-man digital labels run by wannabes part-time artists, with us you'll find a serious company you can grow with.

2) Because you may have a chance to remix one of our top selling tracks and get promotional advertising space and banners on portals. Oryx often makes, on djdonwload portal, the top 10 and we also often works on vocal tracks, so here is a chance for our artists to expose their name. Thanks to our sales strength on portals, we are also able to get dedicated promo space.

3) Because, unlike all other digital labels, you do have a chance to GO VINYL, through our main label Oryx Music. Vinyl is not guaranteed, but if your track will get very strong digital sales and good top djs feedbacks so we can estimate a good margin of profit on vinyl, it will be released phisically.

4) Because you have one or more chances to be included in a physical cd compilation. We do a lot of compilation deals and we collaborate closely with CdPool, who regularly feature at least one of our track monthly in their promotional cds sent to top djs/labels, a huge chance for an uknown artist to expose his name.

5 ) Because we select all incoming material and give a feedback on everything we receive, positive or negative it may be. Many digital labels are ready to license everything to maximize total sales but so lowering quality of the overall catalog. We usually reject about 70% of demos received.
